Getting Your Super Multivitamins to You
Once you place your order, our fulfillment team gets to work preparing your Super Multivitamins. We typically process and fulfill orders within 2-5 business days before they ship out. From there, domestic shipping usually takes 1-4 business days for regular delivery, or 1-3 business days if you choose express shipping.
Something not quite right? We've got you covered. If there's any issue with your order - whether it's damaged, defective, or just not what you expected - let us know within 30 days of receiving it. Just shoot us a message with a photo and a quick explanation of what's up.
Here's how we handle things: if we approve your claim, you can choose either a replacement (which we'll ship out within 3 business days) or a full refund back to your original payment method. The whole process usually takes just a few business days once we've reviewed everything.
A few important notes: we can only help with issues that are genuinely our fault - like damaged products, wrong items, or quality problems. And timing matters - all claims need to be submitted within 30 days of delivery to make sure we can properly address any issues.
